Long sandy beach of Essaouira bay slowly descends to the sea, creating a wide standing area (perfect to learn how to waterstart). The place is also known for it’s moderate shore break, perfect for first steps in wave-riding, jumping and looping. With our help you can safely learn how to cross the shorebreak, how to handle the equipment in such conditions and how to behave in a bit bigger waves outside. Bigger waves (cca 1 - 1.5m) in Essaouira are suitable for first wave riding experience and for advanced jumps and loops. Due to side-shore wind, the place offers perfect conditions for a dream-come-true for many windsurfers - every year we organize a LOOP camp (last year we had 16 participants). Beside this, we will organize intermediate (water start, usage of footstraps, harness, planning, first shore break experience…), advanced (first jumps, planning jibe and it’s variations, basics of wave-riding…) and freestyle/wave courses (freestyle moves by your choice, loop, basics and corrections of wave-riding, jumps …). There will be no beginner courses in Essaouira.
