Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Quiksilver Windsurf School (hereinafter: the School) and the participant. By confirming the registration, the participant irrevocably accepts the following terms:

1. Participation and Safety Requirements
The participant guarantees that they are a confident swimmer and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in water sports. The participant agrees to follow all instructions from the instructors and windsurf center staff at all times. Participation under the influence of alcohol or other substances is strictly prohibited.

2. Liability Waiver
The participant acknowledges that windsurfing is an outdoor sport involving inherent risks and that the participation is at the participant's own risk. The School assumes no liability for:

• any personal injuries sustained by the participant;

• loss or damage of personal property (glasses, watches, cameras, personal gear).

3. Equipment Responsibility
The participant agrees to handle rental equipment with care. In the event of damage caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions, the participant is responsible for repair costs according to the local windsurf centre's price list, unless optional equipment insurance has been purchased.
